I subscribe to an e-newsletter called the "Minute Briefing: Data Center". The other day they published something called the "IBM Issues Mainframe Report Card". I attempted to find out were the information came from and if I could reprint it here. Hearing nothing back, I decided if I messed up I would apologize later.
